  • The Puja Permission Portal is an online platform where Puja committees can apply for the necessary permissions from various government departments to organize Durga Puja and other festivals.

  • Any registered Puja committee or club that had Puja permission last year can apply for permission through the portal.

  • To apply for Puja permission, follow these steps:

    1. Register your committee on the portal.
    2. Log in with your credentials.
    3. Fill out the application form with the required details.
    4. Upload the necessary documents.
    5. Submit the application.

  • Typically, you will need the following documents:

    1. Copy of Challan for Fire Department (If any)
    2. Receipt of depositing Electricity Bill for this puja / festival (jpeg/pdf format max 100KB)
    3. Site plan of pandal (jpeg/pdf format max 100KB)
    4. Structural Stability Certificate by President/Secretary
    5. Certificate required of Extinguisher / Fire retardant solution / sand bucket / ceiling hook etc from authorised supplier.
    6. Previous year Fire Permission
    7. Aadhaar Card of President / Secretary
    8. Puja/Festival budget related documents
    9. Current Year NOC for land
    10. Declaration of Decorator
    11. Signature of President / Secretary with seal & date
    12. Concerned letter of celebrities / VIP present in any program during Puja
    13. Electrician's Declaration

  • No, once you have submitted the application, you cannot modify it. Please review all the details carefully before the final submission.
